Salty food enthusiasts Easier Dizziness

Too often eat salty food was not good for the body. The reason, you are more susceptible to headaches or dizziness.

A recent study conducted by the Welch Center for Prevention, Epidemiology and Clinical Research at Johns Hopkins revealed adverse effects, if you consume too much salt.

Reported Zeenews , Thursday (01/22/2015), a person who ate about three grams of salt a day, or just half a teaspoon, third times, avoid headaches than those who consume up to nine grams a day.

The study involved 400 respondents who were sent to eat salty foods approximately nine grams a day, and then lowered to six grams a day, and last fall to three grams.

Then, the researchers noted differences in adverse events were each respondent. Findings, the respondents experience side effects such as headaches, bloating, dry mouth, thirst, fatigue until nausea.

"Another way for a person to avoid the headache is only by reducing salt intake," said Director of the Welch Center for Prevention, Epidemiology and Clinical Research at Johns Hopkins, Lawrence Appel, MD, MPH.
